Join us! We are looking for a senior associate/attorney at law to work in the Knowledge Management department in Bucharest.
The focus of the work will be on the identification and further qualitative development of legal know-how (sample documents). The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in real estate and banking and finance, excellent communication skills in English, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. Knowledge of additional languages spoken in our offices would be an asset.
The Knowledge Management Lawyer (KML) contributes to the definition of and achievement of knowledge goals. In cooperation with lawyers from different practice groups and offices he/she creates and maintains a well-organized electronic collection of practice-related know-how documents. In addition the KML monitors and keeps the practice groups informed about important developments in the law, market practice or business environment.
Courage, precision and persistency are an absolute must for this position, as the KML will take on responsibility for firm wide development of know-how documents.
During the first months he/she will be seconded in Vienna to Central KM after this initial training he/she will be located in Bucharest. Within the first year the KML will take on responsibility for further offices.
