Restructuring & Insolvency
Join Us! For our expanding practice in Vienna we are looking for an Associate to work in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group.
You will work on major insolvency and restructuring cases in which you advise national and international banks, creditors and corporations.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English (a good knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage).
- A high level of professional interest in law and dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
- Commitment to work in a challenging but rewarding professional environment.
- Pro-active attitude and positive approach to work, ability to learn quickly, and analytical and complex thinking.
Education
Completed Austrian legal studies (international study experience or economic background is welcome) and completed court year.
Professional Experience
The ideal candidate should be either a fresh graduate or a junior lawyer with a basic knowledge of Insolvency law.
