Contemporary Trends in the Development of Arbitration and Mediation in Central and Eastern Europe and in Certain Countries in Asia
This international conference takes place on September 15 and 16, in Odessa in Ukraine.
During the discussions the following issues will be addressed: legal basis, general principles and practical aspects of the functioning of arbitration and mediation as well as feasibility of domestic and foreign settlements and rulings of arbitration, in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and certain countries in Asia.
