Law as a unifying Factor of Europe - Jurisprudence and Practice
The main objective is to organize an international scholastic conference accessible to the wide legal scholastic community (to legal academics, as well as to practitioners of law), and thus to interconnect jurisprudence with legal practice and to provide an impulse for the resolution of current legal issues and problems, for sound legal discussion and development of jurisprudence, legal practice and legal education.
The conference’s unifying notions are:
- the relation of jurisprudence and legal practice,
- current issues of the existence, the functioning and the development of jurisprudence and legal education in the context of European integration,
- the relation of written law and judicial practice.
