Croatia: Schoenherr advises Lukoil on Crobenz acquisition
Central European law firm Schoenherr has advised Lukoil on the acquisition of Crobenz, a Croatian wholesaler and operator of fuel stations. The sale was the result of a ruling of the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA) that the approval of the concentration of Croatian oil & gas company INA d.d. and Hungarian MOL Plc would only be granted on the condition that the group sell its 100% share in Crobenz. |

Austria: Who’s who legal Award for Schoenherr

Schoenherr advises TUI on GEO Reisen deal
Central European law firm Schoenherr has advised TUI Austria Holding on the acquisition of the travel agency and business travel segments of GEO Reisen GmbH. Completion of the asset deal is subject to the fullfillment of certain conditions. In the course of the transaction, TUI will acquire eight travel agency outlets across Austria as well as two dedicated business travel desks in Salzburg and Vienna. |

Schoenherr advises on 272 million Europolis sale
Central European law firm Schoenherr has advised Österreichische Volksbanken-Aktiengesellschaft (ÖVAG) on the sale of its subsidiary Europolis AG to CA Immo. CA Immo is paying EUR 272 million for the 100% stake. The sale is subject to several conditions precedent, including the approval by the respective merger control authorities and the implementation of agreed internal pre-closing restructuring measures. With the transaction ÖVAG aims to strengthen its business model. |
