Primer Employment
schoenherr’s employment practice recently launched a new employment primer, titled “Employment Law in CEE”. It outlines the employment law regimes in the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine. The chief purpose of the primer is to assist Human Resources Officers in these jurisdictions by providing an overview of the material employment provisions of the respective jurisdiction. However, the limited scope of the primer means it cannot replace case-specific legal advice.
