Junior Associate (m/f/x) in Arbitration & Litigation

Ideal candidates will be:

• In the early stages of their legal career, currently in their 1st or 2nd year of bar trainee;
• Experienced in a legal environment, with at least one year of practical experience, preferably in a dispute resolution team;
• Equipped with solid knowledge of commercial and civil law regulations;
• Proficient in both spoken and written Polish and English;
• Skilled in using MS Office;
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented;
• A collaborative team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude.

Your key responsibilities at Schoenherr will include:

• Drafting court pleadings and supporting senior lawyers in court disputes;
• Drafting legal opinions and advice on current legal matters;
• Conducting in-depth legal research;
• Translating draft contracts and various documents to and from English;
• Contact with relevant public authorities;
• Managing various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
