We are looking for
- Law students in the fifth year of study / completed studies/ first-year trainees
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish, including legal terminology
- Very good knowledge of commercial and civil law regulations
- Minimum one year of experience in a legal environment
- Proactive attitude and positive approach to work
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
Main responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on Polish law
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts
- Preparing written reports and translations
- Assisting corporate M&A and IPT lawyers on ongoing matters
