Find out more about Tullia Veronesi, attorney at law in our technology &
digitalisation practice

Having joined Schoenherr in 2021 as an associate, today Tullia is an attorney at law and part of
the "nerdy" side of our law firm. She and her colleagues advise clients in digitalisation matters,
start-ups in realising their business ideas and crypto businesses in their legal groundwork.
Naturally, it helps that she is curious and likes to try out any new technology she can get her
hands on.

Who are you and what do you do?
Hi, I'm Tullia.
I am an attorney at law in our technology & digitalisation practice, and I get to advise clients
on anything tech related. In a typical week, I work on various matters, from start-up establishments
to tokenised artwork, and I get to visit virtual realities and interact with artificial intelligence.

What challenges does your job come with?
Since my job takes places in so many different worlds, be it a virtual reality, a blockchain or
artificial intelligence, I need to be able to familiarise myself quickly with the environment or
business model. As tempting as it is to lose yourself in the fascinating details, it's important
to keep your eye on the ball so as not to miss any hidden legal hurdles. That can be a challenge!

What were your biggest professional milestones?
A very important highlight of course was passing the bar exam and getting certified as an
attorney at law. I'm also very proud that I've had the chance to deliver keynotes and presentations
at big conferences. It is great to be recognised as an expert in my field.

What was the best advice you ever got?
Always be yourself, because you will never be really good at anything else.
