Austria: Schoenherr advises P&I on the acquisition of 100% of shares in VRZ

Schoenherr advised P&I Personal & Informatik GmbH on the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in VRZ Informatik Gesellschaft mbH (Dornbirn) and its sister company ThinkCreateAct AG (Switzerland). The transaction is currently subject to the condition precedent of regulatory clearance. With the acquisition of the VRZ Group, P&I AG is expanding its presence in Austria and Switzerland.

Through consistent innovations and further developments in the product and service area, P&I offers the most technologically advanced HR software with the HR cloud solution P&I LOGA3 and the knowledge pool P&I HR-BIGDATA with the most comprehensive HR tasks.

VRZ Informatik is an IT system house with the business divisions basic infrastructure, software development and payroll accounting, based in Dornbirn, Austria. Founded in 1965 as the Vorarlberger Rechenzentrum, a joint RZ for the Vorarlberg economy, the company has been a service provider for payroll accounting for more than 50 years and has been developing its own software for more than two decades. In 2013, a repositioning under the brand Ally Lohn took place, shortly followed by the presentation of the online solution Ally Personal.
