Schoenherr partner Christoph Haid will discuss the EU Whistleblowing Directive, together with Maria Dardai, and Katie Hodson, Head of Investigations at the Global Fund’s Office of the Inspector General. They will explain what the Directive requires with respect to the investigations process and what organisations have to do to comply.
