Required qualifications:

  • Hungarian law degree
  • Excellent English language skills – both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with company law
  • Strong interest in m&a transactions
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
  • High-performance mindset
  • Adaptability, reliability, creativity


  • Scholarship and studies abroad
  • Summa cum laude law degree or good grades in civil law and corporate law
  • German language skills
