Schoenherr Bucharest received five out of nine Client Choice Awards from the International Law Office ("ILO") in 2018. Five Schoenherr Bucharest partners are exclusive winners for Romania in their respective categories: Sebastian Gutiu (Managing Partner Schoenherr Bucharest) was awarded the Arbitration & ADR award, Matei Florea won the award in the Banking category, Georgiana Badescu was awarded the Competition & Antitrust award, Monica Cojocaru won an award for her legal activity in Energy & Natural Resources, and Adina Jivan was acknowledged for her advisory in Litigation.
"These awards are above all a valuable acknowledgment from our clients who recommended us in the research conducted by ILO. We thank all our clients for placing their trust in us," said Sebastian Gutiu, Managing Partner Schoenherr Bucharest.
Established in 2005, the ILO Client Choice Awards are granted following an independent survey and they identify legal experts from around the world that stand out for the excellent client service. The criteria for the awards focus on the ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond other players in the market. Uniquely, the nominations and recommendations for these awards can be made by clients only.
