Digitalisation as well as new business models and applications driven by technologies face many legal challenges. Very rarely, however, do the relevant laws and regulations explicitly fit the intended (digital) business model or application. To meet the legal demands of tomorrow's technologies today, our team focuses on new business models and applications based on existing laws and regulations, while also supporting our transaction practices.
