Schoenherr Romania is happy to announce the launch of its brand new "Ella" event series in Bucharest. Inspired by "Marianne", its sister in Vienna, Ella is a platform "from women for women".

For the inaugural edition of Ella, we have invited two inspiring female role models with distinct career paths. Alongside them, we shared stories and insights from our professional journeys.
We invited female clients and potential clients to join us for an evening of empowering stories, lessons learned, and the chance to network with like-minded women in a relaxed setting.
We have chosen a unique venue for this event: a high-end apartment that is currently on the market – a potential future home for someone.

The days when the first attempts by Romanian women to be admitted to the Bar were met with repeated rejections are long gone, and we can no longer talk about gender imparity among lawyers in our country. But, unfortunately, this cannot be said for all sectors and all hierarchical levels, so fostering dialogue, supporting successful role models, as well as encouraging educational and mentoring activities aimed at promoting diversity are still needed.”
