M&A Dealmaking Workshop Croatia

Schoenherr Zagreb is pleased to announce the first generation of its M&A Dealmaking Workshop!

For whom?

This program is intended for fourth and fifth year law students.

What will you learn?

The students will learn about mergers and acquisitions (M&A), structuring, negotiation and implementation of M&A transactions. They will discover how law, business and economics intertwine in the M&A transaction process.

Practical work: Students will work on practical tasks that include analysing transaction documents and designing negotiation tactics.

How will it be held?

The workshop includes 10 sessions of 120 minutes. The workshops will be held in the Schoenherr Zagreb office (Prilaz Gjure Deželića 19).

Lecturers:

Krešimira Krušlin (LL.M. New York University School of Law), Vice Mandarić (LL.M. Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University Frankfurt)) and Ivan Einwalter (Mag. iur., University of Zagreb / University of Zagreb).
