Designed as a course for law school students in their final year of undergraduate studies, the workshop will introduce students to mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and provide insight into how these transactions are structured, negotiated and executed. The workshop should help students understand and explore the relationship between law, business and economics in M&A dealmaking. Additionally, it will shed light on the role of a transactional lawyer in this interplay.
Our partners from Moravčević Vojnović and partners in cooperation with Schoenherr, Vojimir Kurtic and Luka Lopicic, will hold the workshop.
