Schoenherr advised the seller of Zoerkler, an Austrian manufacturer of high-performance transmission components for the aerospace, automotive, rail and industrial sectors, on the sale to MiddleGround Capital. Zoerkler will be integrated into Xtrac, a MiddleGround portfolio company specialising in transmissions and mechatronics for professional motorsport and high-performance automotive applications.
