We are looking for a full-time (40h/week)

What to Expect

  • Advising and supporting domestic and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law, including representation in court proceedings;
  • Providing legal advice to companies on all employment-related matters, from drafting employment contracts through to their termination;
  • Supporting the employment law aspects of M&A transactions;
  • Assisting with workforce restructurings and organizational changes in the HR area;
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
  • Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions;
  • Managing and supporting court procedures and litigation workflows;
  • Collaborating with team members on complex cases;
  • Maintaining strong client relationships;
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments;
  • Contributing to relevant publications and articles.

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law;
  • Membership in a local Bar Association (Türkiye);
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Labour Law (İş Hukuku) and/or Enforcement Law (İcra Hukuku);
  • Experience with court procedures, litigation workflows, and client representation;
  • Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus;
  • Strong legal drafting, document review, and legal research skills;
  • Practical understanding of dispute resolution processes;
  • Previous involvement in administrative procedures at courthouses or Enforcement Offices is a strong advantage;
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
