Job description

Schoenherr is one of the leading law firms in Central Eastern Europe, advising corporate clients on their international and domestic business activities. For our expanding practice in Bratislava, we are looking for a Junior Attorney to join our Real Estate or Competition practice.

The ideal candidate has up to three years of professional experience following admission to the bar, is eager to take on responsibility, and is motivated to contribute to a leading international law firm and to welcome new challenges.

Requirements for the employee

Minimum education required

• Master's degree
• Slovak bar exam

Language skills

• English – Upper intermediate (B2)
• German – Upper intermediate (B2) - not a requirement, but an advantage

Other knowledge

• Microsoft Word – Advanced
• Microsoft Outlook – Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• excellent knowledge of Slovak law
• fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of German is an advantage
• ability to work independently and as part of an international team, with resilience under pressure and a flexible approach
• previous experience in an international or leading local law firm (including as a paralegal) is an advantage
• experience in real estate law or competition law
• strong communication skills
• a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• team spirit

Wage (gross)

From EUR 3,500/month according to qualifications and experience
