We are looking for second- and third-year law students to join our Warsaw office.

During your internship at Schoenherr, you will have the opportunity to:

• work with lawyers from all our departments;
• work on real legal cases by drafting opinions on current legal matters under the supervision of qualified lawyers;
• dive into legal research and support our due diligence projects;
• help prepare key documents, including contracts and corporate resolutions;
• practice your language skills by translating contracts and other documents to and from English;
• communicate with public authorities and gain insight into practical legal procedures;
• contribute to the team by assisting with various tasks and projects as they arise.
