We are looking for
- fourth-and fifth year law students
- very good knowledge of commercial and civil law
- proficiency in Polish and English (fluent written and spoken professional use)
- excellent command of MS Office, especially Outlook and Word
- at least one year of experience in a legal environment
- attention to detail
- ability to effectively work in a team and a "can-do" attitude
Main responsibilities
- preparing legal opinions on current legal matters
- conducting legal research and participating in due diligence processes
- preparing draft documents, (e.g.,including contracts and corporate resolutions)
- translating draft contract texts and other correspondence into and from English
- communicating with relevant public authorities
- performing other ad-hoc tasks
