Cvijeta joined Schoenherr in 2022 as an associate, focusing on finance & corporate finance, restructuring & insolvency. She and her colleagues advise clients on out-of-court restructurings, insolvency prevention and a broad range of transactions. Furthermore, the team advises clients in high profile insolvency pro- ceedings.
Hi, I'm Cvijeta.
As part of our restructuring & insolvency team, I get to advise clients in various industries and situations. These of course define what my workday looks like. It can include working on contracts, having meetings with clients or attending court hearings. Every now and then I also attend conferences and events to connect with people from different industries and backgrounds.
To advise clients successfully, you first have to understand their industry. With every client, you need to quickly acquire a good understanding of their environment and contexts. That can be challenging, but it's also exciting to explore, learn and dig deeper.
Not every law firm offers such a fun environment with your colleagues while still functioning at a highly professional level. Every office and practice works with great spirit and passion to achieve the best possible outcome. We're not just saying we are passionate about what we do, we actually are.
