25th Days of Labour Law and Social Security

Schoenherr expert Špela Lovsin will be speaking on 29 May at the 25th Days of Labour Law and Social Security (XXV. Dnevi delovnega prava in socialne varnosti), taking place on 28–29 May 2026 at the Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož.

This well-established annual conference brings together leading experts from academia, the judiciary, state administration, social insurance providers, trade unions, employer organisations, and legal and HR professionals. Her presentation will focus on "ZUP-I Influence on the procedure for exercising rights from the social security system."

The event is co-organised by the Institute for Labour at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, the Association for Labour Law and Social Security, and Planet GV, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana.
