Austria/Croatia: Schoenherr advises S IMMO AG on acquisition of "Zagrebtower" office complex from CA Immo
Schoenherr successfully advised S IMMO AG on the acquisition of the "Zagrebtower" office complex from CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo). The complex in Zagreb has a total rental space of approx. 26,000m² and was built in 2007.
The Schoenherr team, led by partner Michael Lagler and counsel Clemens Rainer, advised S IMMO AG on all legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence as well as drafting and negotiating the contractual documentation. "This transaction is one of the largest real estate transactions in Croatia this year. I am therefore particularly pleased that we were able to advise S IMMO AG on all legal aspects of this acquisition," said Michael Lagler.
S IMMO AG is a real estate investment company based in Vienna with a real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 70 % commercial properties (offices, shopping centres and hotels) and 30 % residential properties.
