Schoenherr advised the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan, as well as the Joint Bookrunners Erste Group and UniCredit, on the Austrian law aspects of the successful issuance of EUR 300m 4.375 % Notes due 2031 by Supernova Invest GmbH.
Following the debut bond issuance last year, the Notes were again issued under English law, bear interest at 4.375 % per annum, mature in 2031, were placed with institutional investors and eligible counterparties, and are admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's Euro MTF market. The issuance represents another key milestone in Supernova Group's capital markets strategy.
Headquartered in Austria, Supernova Group is a leading private real estate investment company that manages, develops and acquires high-quality retail assets in six high-growth core markets: Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Austria, Romania and Slovakia.
"We are pleased that the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners have once again relied on our legal expertise following Supernova's successfully debut bond issuance last year," said Partner and Co-Head of Schoenherr's Capital Markets practice Christoph Moser.
"We congratulate all involved parties on this successful placement," added Counsel Angelika Fischer, who led the transaction together with Christoph Moser.
In addition to Christoph Moser (Partner) and Angelika Fischer (Counsel), the Schoenherr team consisted of Clemens Stockhammer, Marco Thorbauer (Partner) and Sarah Dräxler (Associate).
Linklaters LLP acted as English law counsel to the Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners. Clifford Chance LLP and Wolf Theiss advised the issuer.
