Austria: Schoenherr advises Joint Lead Managers on the issue of EUR 300 million Mortgage Covered Notes by Raiffeisenlandesbank Vorarlberg

Schoenherr advised the Joint Lead Managers DekaBank, DZ BANK, Erste Group, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit in connection with the successful issue of covered notes by Raiffeisenlandesbank Vorarlberg Waren- und Revisionsverband registrierte Genossenschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.

The issue of EUR 300 million 0.250 % Mortgage Covered Notes 2021-2036 under Austrian law was closed on 4 March 2021. The notes were issued under the issuer's Notes Programme. They have a term of 15 years, maturing in March 2036, and are split into single notes with a denomination of EUR 100,000 each. The notes are listed on the Official Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.

DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale (Germany), DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main (Germany), Erste Group Bank AG (Austria), Raiffeisen Bank International AG (Austria) and UniCredit Bank AG (Germany) acted as Joint Lead Managers for the notes issue.
