Schoenherr advised Thalhof Immobilien on the sale of an office and retail building located at Aspernbrückengasse 2 in Vienna’s 2nd district to HIH Invest for a fund of an institutional investor.
The Schoenherr team advised the seller on all legal aspects of the transaction.

Planned optimisation measures are expected to further enhance the asset’s value.
