Victoria Pernt's experience spans many fields and industries. It includes highlights such as a USD 1.5 billion pharmaceutical dispute and a complex telecommunications dispute in Kosovo. Victoria Pernt's prior experience comprises representing the State of Moldova, and a Cypriot investor against the State of Serbia, respectively, in investment disputes under the ICSID Rules.
"With her international expertise, Victoria Pernt is a real asset to Schoenherr. Her promotion to counsel reflects the important role she plays in positioning Schoenherr's dispute resolution practice in the upper tier of the market and further afield", said Michael Lagler, managing partner at Schoenherr. "This is the second promotion within our dispute resolution practice this year, sending a strong signal to the market."
In March, arbitration expert Leon Kopecký, who has helped the Schoenherr team gain international recognition, was promoted to partner.
