Bucharest Arbitration Days 2024, Romania

The fifth edition of the Bucharest Arbitration Days conference will take place on 6 – 7 June 2024 in Bucharest. This year, the event will focus on critical developments in international arbitration. It aims at bringing together judges, lawyers, in-house counsel, arbitrators, mediators, business professionals and academics from around the world.

The conference will address current trends shaping international arbitration, in the context of a recurrent concern for the legitimacy of international arbitration as a suitable dispute resolution mechanism for commercial disputes.

Attorney at law Sebastian Lukic has been invited as a speaker on Panel 2 entitled "Arbitration and Courts: Support, Supervision or Selection?".
