CEDER Conference 2022

This year's CEDER Conference, one of the largest real estate events in Romania, will take place on 26 May 2022 in Bucharest. This is the 15th CEDER Conference, and it is aimed at taking a close look at the bustling Romanian real estate market, with a focus on the measures investors and developers are taking to cope with market changes, while also taking future shifts into consideration.

Schoenherr partner Sebastian Guțiu has been invited to speak on the residential panel. Together with his co-panellists, he will examine recent legal developments and current trends affecting this sector.
