Challenges of Competition Law 2024

"Challenges of Competition Law 2024" is the inaugural edition of an annual conference on the current issues in Czech and European competition, organised by the Czech Association of Competition Law and Regulation. Schoenherr expert Jan Kupčík, as one of the members of the organising committee and a founding member of the Association, will give a welcome address and will moderate one of the panels. The conference's academic focus attracts a mix of talented scholars while the conference programme promises interesting discussions on the most pressing issues in competition law and economics today, including labour antitrust, digital markets and generative AI.

The conference will take place at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague on 30 May 2024. Schoenherr is one of the two main sponsors.
