Schoenherr advised Česká spořitelna, a.s., a subsidiary of Erste Group, on the financing provided to Roosendaal Videnska s.r.o. for the refinancing and further development of commercial shopping centre Vídeňská in Brno.

Vídeňská Center, owned by Roosendaal Videnska s.r.o., is a commercial shopping centre located in Brno, offering approximately 9,000 square metres of retail space and 2,000 square metres of office space.
