Schoenherr expert Christian Schumacher will speak at the European Intellectual Property Forum (FEPI) 2026, taking place on 26 & 27 March 2026 in Paris (Pavillon Dauphine).
Bringing together leading policymakers, enforcement authorities and practitioners, this year’s forum will explore the theme “Geopolitics, legislations, technologies… and even wording! Which new influences on intellectual property?” and address the evolving challenges that intellectual property faces in a rapidly changing global landscape.
On Day 2, Christian Schumacher will join the panel discussion “Review of emerging issues linked to IP”, where international experts will examine new practices, legislative developments and emerging global trends in IP protection. Drawing on his extensive experience in cross-border IP matters, he will share insights into current enforcement challenges and strategic considerations for rights holders operating in complex jurisdictions.
