From Bratislava to Vilnius: Mapping CEE Arbitral Institutions

The "Take a Seat!" roadshow is making its fifth stop in Vienna, bringing together arbitration practitioners from across CEE to discuss the practical aspects and key features of institutional arbitration in their respective jurisdictions.

The panel will feature Gediminas Dominas, FCIArb, Miroslav Dubovsky, Roman Prekop and Richard Schmidt, moderated by Schoenherr expert Miruna Mustață. Opening remarks will be delivered by Patrizia Netal, Schoenherr expert Leon Kopecky and Peter Rižnik.

The event will take place on Thursday, 2 October 2025, from 09:30 to 12:00 at our office, Schottenring 19, 1010 Vienna.

This discussion precedes VIAC at 50, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC).
