Forbes Austria recently published an article featuring Schoenherr experts Günther Leissler and Daniela Birnbauer on the growing importance of artificial intelligence in the legal field. They explain that the use of AI raises complex legal issues, with the forthcoming EU AI Regulation complemented by questions of data protection, liability and employment law. Schoenherr uses AI internally (Harvey AI), and supports clients with governance, training, and implementing appropriate legal frameworks. Leissler and Birnbauer emphasise that AI is no replacement for lawyers but rather a valuable tool that must be carefully managed.
