Hungarian Labour Law Conference 2026

The XXIII. Magyar Munkajogi Konferencia (Hungarian Labour Law Conference), organised by Wolters Kluwer, is one of Hungary's most prestigious labour law events, bringing together leading professionals for three days of high-level presentations and engaging discussions in Visegrád. This year's conference will take place from 13 to 15 October 2026.

Schoenherr expert Dániel Gera will be joining a panel session titled "Legal Issues of Conduct Prior to the Establishment of the Legal Relationship" on 14 October 2026 (9:00-10:45), alongside fellow panellists Áron Péter Balogh and Ildikó Rátkai, moderated by Róbert Pethő. The panel covers offers and binding offers, inducement conduct and reliance damages, and data processing in the recruitment and selection process.
