IP-Day 2021
IP-Day is dedicated to current and fundamental questions regarding intellectual property law – not just in an academic way, but also practically.
This is the tenth event, and this year's focus is on technicalities as an obstacle to protection, the aftermarket and on NFTs.
In their presentation, Guido Kucsko and Anna Katharina Tipotsch will provide insights into the legal situation and the lessons learned from Schoenherr's NFT self-experiment.
