As part of the "Novemberakademie", Arabella Eichinger is holding a lecture on real estate development on 23 November 2022.

Her presentation is called "Real Estate Transactions – Real Estate Development and (Early) Legal Steps for Potential Transactions" and addresses the following topics:

• proper structuring of a planned exit already in the real estate development phase;
• pitfalls in exits with institutional investors;
• determining the right time for the exit – sale after completion / forward purchase / forward funding;
• asset deals vs. share deals – advantages and disadvantages
