Romania: Schoenherr advises Treo Asset Management on sale of Maxbet Romania and Malta to Super Technologies

The Schoenherr team provided sell-side legal advice throughout all phases of the transaction. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Romanian Competition Council.
