Together with the Czech whistleblowing platform "Nenech to být", Schoenherr will hold a seminar on the new Whistleblower Protection Act.
Among other things, the following will be covered:
- who is affected by the new obligations
- how to set up a proper internal whistleblowing system and who should become the relevant person
- how to prepare your employees and what mistakes to avoid
- our practical experiences
