Serbia: Schoenherr advises Aman on acquisition of DIS and subsequent merger into Aman

Following the successful completion of the acquisition in April 2026, DIS was merged into Aman as of 1 September 2026, completing the integration of the two businesses while ensuring uninterrupted operations and creating the largest domestically owned retail chain in Serbia.

The combined business now operates 349 retail stores under the Aman, Aman Plus and DIS brands, employs more than 5,000 people and generates annual turnover exceeding EUR 600m.
