Serbia: Schoenherr advises Integral on acquisition of controlling stake in Chips Way
Moravčević Vojnović and partners in cooperation with Schoenherr advised Integral Venture Partners (Integral) on all legal aspects of their acquisition of a controlling stake in Chips Way, a leading Serbian salty snacks manufacturer, alongside its co-investor and industrial partner Nelt Group.
This investment underlines Integral's commitment towards identifying the fastest-growing branded consumer assets within the broader CEE region.
Chips Way was founded in 1971 as the first and then only Yugoslavian potato chips manufacturer. Supported by a new institutional shareholder group, Chips Way aims to continue growing its market share across both local and regional markets, while further strengthening its legacy brand equity and product portfolio and maintaining high-end quality standards.
The Schoenherr team consisted of Luka Lopičić (partner), Djordje Trifunović (attorney at law), Bojan Rajić (attorney at law) and Pavle Erić (attorney at law), advising on corporate law, and Andrea Radonjanin (partner), advising on the IP aspects.
The sellers were advised by Vukina and Partners law firm.
