Serbia: Schoenherr advises Kafeterija on acquisition of Loft
Moravčević Vojnović and partners in cooperation with Schoenherr advised Kafeterija, Serbia's leading specialty coffee chain, on its second acquisition – the purchase of Loft, a premium coffee chain in Novi Sad.
The transaction marks an important step in Kafeterija's regional expansion strategy.
Kafeterija is one of the largest coffee chains in Eastern Europe and among the fastest-growing Serbian brands. With over 60 locations across Serbia and Montenegro, it is rapidly establishing itself as a leader in the specialty coffee sector.
