Speaker engagement | BArD 2022 Conference

The third edition of the Bucharest Arbitration Days (BArD) Conference will take place on 9 and 10 June 2022 as a hybrid event. This year the conference is entitled "Timely Perspectives on Energy Disputes and Their Resolution Mechanism". It is being organised by the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and Wolters Kluwer Romania. Experts on six panels will debate topics related to energy projects and investment disputes.

Schoenherr partner Sebastian Guțiu has been invited to moderate the panel entitled "Multilateral Perspectives: Energy Disputes in International Context – The Energy Charter Treaty".
