The daily newspaper Oberösterreichische Nachrichten recently featured an article in which partner Michael Magerl explored the chaotic start of an insolvency process, where experience is crucial for navigating this stage. He describes how the firm was involved in the Signa insolvencies, including the dissolution of a joint venture involving US assets (Chrysler Building). Magerl emphasises that Austrian insolvency law issues are particularly interesting in an international context.
