Attorney (flexible) - Competition, EU & Foreign Trade

we are looking for a qualified attorney (internal rank/position to be discussed based on experience) with

• at least five years PQE (no upper limit when it comes to work experience / all applications will be considered), with a focus on EU & competition law, including FDI, merger control and general antitrust/compliance (both vertical and horizontal agreements);
• experience in investigations and antitrust litigation;
• a general business- and solution-oriented approach;
• commitment to teamwork and client service;
• interest in business development initiatives, including speaker engagements, conferences, etc.;
• enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
