AIJA – Bring Business to Life: M&A and Commercial Transactions in the Life Sciences Industry

The Corporate and M&A, the Healthcare and Life Sciences and the T.R.A.D.E. (Trade, Retail, Agency, Distribution and E-commerce) Commissions have the pleasure to invite you to a multidisciplinary event to be held from 18 to 20 April 2024 in Belgrade, Serbia. Our expert Daria Rutecka is part of the organising committee.

The 3-day seminar will dive into aspects of M&A and commercial transactions with a special focus on the Life Sciences sector. The seminar offers three tailor-made programs for Corporate and M&A, Healthcare and Life Sciences and T.R.A.D.E. lawyers, with the panels being composed and topics discussed in an interdisciplinary manner.

Experienced, high-level speakers from all Commissions will discuss regulatory challenges in the Life Sciences sector and exchange views on special aspects to be considered in Due Diligence processes in the Life Sciences sector. Furthermore, the structuring of M&A deals – in particular in view of the special characteristics of the Life Sciences sector – will be discussed. In the area of distribution, the topics will include how supply and delivery constraints can best be managed and what implications the growing challenges and requirements in the field of ESG have. The impact of digitalisation and AI on services in the Health Sector will also be addressed.
