Czech Republic: Schoenherr advises BHS Private Equity Fund on acquisition of ALFA 3

In addition to conducting due diligence and negotiating the share purchase agreement and shareholders' agreement, the Schoenherr team also advised on the financing of the transaction provided by Česká spořitelna, a.s.

BHS Private Equity Fund, whose professional advisor (general partner) is Versute Investments a.s., is a sub-fund of BHS Fund II – Private Equity, an investment fund with variable capital, and focuses on investments in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

ALFA 3 is a leading Czech manufacturer of delivery boxes and other industrial metal furniture. The company's proprietary and patented "Alfa Box" modular system allows it to create box solutions that adapt to customer and market requirements. In 2024 the company's sales exceeded CZK 330m.
