Mirsanu Dealmakers Summit 2022

The Mirsanu Dealmakers Summit, now in its fifth edition, is an annual conference organised in Romania that brings together all relevant M&A market players. This year's event aims to analyse the impact of the current economic and geo-political climate on dealmakers and their investment decisions. Topics for discussion include M&A trends, corporate financing, capital markets, private equity and venture capital, bridging the gap between investors' and founders' expectations. Schoenherr partner Mădălina Neagu has been invited to speak in the M&A panel. Together with her fellow panellists she will discuss trends and challenges in global and Romanian deal-making.
